At present, the EUMA Belgium National Committee is comprised of 8 members who assure the daily working of the association. They meet on a monthly basis to prepare the activities calendar and to take care of new initiatives in order to promote EUMA to Management Assistant professionals and to find new business partners. EUMA Belgium also has close relationships with schools to embrace and to be close to the future generation of Management Assistants.
EUMA Belgium doesn't apply a top-down organisation chart: everyone is at the same level and ideas can cross, come and go in any direction. Not only committee members, but members as well, can bring forward some new insights and ideas. The engine of innovation can only work as long as people can raise their voice to be a real added value for the association.
